Kimberly Benn
Kimberly started this company to provide advocates to the new home buyer. Knowing that builders have their sales teams and strategies for selling new homes, she feels that it's important for buyers to have the same advantages and that not all agents are created equally. New home buyers deserve to have representation by an agent who knows EVERY aspect of the process, as it can be overwhelming and it is much different than buying a pre-owned home.
She started her new construction career at John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods, has worked for Pulte Homes, The Providence Group, Rockhaven Homes and has closed more than $50 million in new home sales.
